Hi! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Connected and Autonomous Research Lab (CAR) at Department of Computer Science, at University of Delaware. Currently, I am fortunate under the supervision of Professor Weisong Shi. Before this, I received my master degree in Data Science(Statistics Track) from Rutgers University.

Research

My current research interests include Autonomous Driving, Physical Intelligence, Machine Learning, VLMs/LLMs, Vision-Language-Action Models (VLAs), and Federated Learning.

  • Autonomous Driving: Enhance safety of autonomous driving systems under challenging scenarios. Design and develop ML/DL models to tackle critial issues in perception and motion prediction tasks.
  • VLM/VLA: Explore vision-language models (VLMs) and vision-language-action models (VLAs) for autonomous driving, with a focus on enabling vehicles to adaptively reason about the physical world across diverse scenarios. This work aims to improve scene understanding and context-aware behavior by integrating multimodal reasoning into autonomous driving systems.
  • LLM Agent: Advance autonomous driving safety and trustworthy through intelligent VLM/LLM agents. Integrate VLM/LLM Agents into autonomous driving system to enhance decision-making and situational awareness, enabling adaptive and secure responses in dynamic driving environments.
  • Federated Learning: Architect and develop an efficient and scalable federated learning framework for ML/DL models training on heterogeneous devices.
